Tuesday

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, flax meal, Silk; cut up orange

Lunch: dark red beans, 1/2 baked potato, apple, 12 oz orange juice

Dinner: single whopper, small fries, sprite

Snack: 1/3 large Vegan oatmeal cookie
