Saturday

The night Friday was a nightmare: every time I went to sleep I was hit with diarrhea.

Trying to reconstruct Saturday:

Breakfast:
3 pieces rosemary bread toasted with Earth Balance
1/2 large bowl oatmeal + Silk

Snack:

pecans

Dinner:
leftover Minestrone soup, bread heel with Earth Balance

Also: another can Minestrone, 3/4 bag Natural Cheetoh puffs
