Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with flax meal and Silk and raisins

Lunch: mashed yam with dark red beans on top; 1/2 baked potato; orange juice; apple.

Snack: small carrots; pecans

Dinner: double whopper, fries, "medium" [large] drink
