Another 12 Hour Day

Breakfast:

bowl of oatmeal with raisins, flax meal and Silk; 3 slices rosemary bread toasted with Earth Balance, one yam skin, a cup of orange juice.

Lunch:

a seven-layer burrito from Taco Bell, an order of breadsticks with marinara dip, and a frutista freeze drink.

Dinner:

a bowl of dark red beans over mashed yam, a wheat roll with sliced cucumbers and mushrooms and vegenaise, 12 oz of Silk plus Chai, a snack bag of small carrots.
