Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, flax meal, soy milk.
Lunch: perano [?] beans with sauteed orange pepper, garlic, onion, mushrooms, olives, olive oil, seasonings. Grapefruit juice.
Snacks and Dinner at Work: frosted jelly donut, a piece of chocolate, beet "Valentine" soup, mixed soy milk and chai, one piece meat-lovers pizza, one piece vegetarian pizza, two pieces Hawaiian pizza, another chocolate. Water.
I'm home and I might drink some grapefruit juice.
