Breakfast Monday: three slices of somekinda wheat bread; about 10 dates.

Lunch Monday: 1/2 Fit Hit Bowl and one pinto bean crisp burrito plus a sprite from Taco Time.

Snack: 4-5 pieces sliced cheese with water table crackers, 3-4 blue corn chips, cup of carrot juice, slice of blood orange, 3-4 sections of apple.

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with flax meal and Silk and raisins

a bowl of dark red beans over mashed yam, a wheat roll with sliced cucumbers and mushrooms and vegenaise, 12 oz of Silk plus Chai, a snack bag of small carrots.

12 Hour Shift at Work

Breakfast:

bowl of oatmeal [oatmeal and raisins soaked 10 min in water, nuked 2 minutes, 1 tablespoon flax meal and about 1/2 cup soy milk stirred in, salted to taste]

toast with tuna mixed with vegenaise with cucumber slices on top

Lunch:

bowl of perano [?] beans cooked, mixed with sauteed orange bell pepper, onion, garlic, mushrooms and olives, sliced garlic, seasoned with turmeric, dill, cumin, coriander, etc, salted to taste

tuna with vegenaise on wheat roll with sliced cucumbers
silk and chai 1:1

Snack: 3 chocolates

To the Old Country Buffet

In self-defense I took Enayat to Old Country Buffet versus his new favorite Wall of China buffet which is horrible; so-so food, no windows, awful decor and claustrophobic. I thought the choices were healthier at Old Country Buffet, but I took a holiday from my ideal eating plan.

Breakfast: toast with peanut butter and pickles; soy milk.

Lunch/Dinner: about a half cup each of the following:

fried taco shell with lettuce, pico de gallo, beans, cheese sauce, olives
half a plate of fresh salad bar
kielbasa piece X 2, 1/2 baked potato with cheese, macaroni and cheese, chicken and dumplings, a triangle of fried fish, fried broccoli?, mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing with poultry gravy, meatloaf, french fries, cherry and apple pie with ice cream [the dispenser was messed up so there was a sploot of watery ice cream on top of the pie]. Root beer and milk 1:1; 1/2 serving of cherry coke.

At home: about 12 ounces of apple cider.

Sunday February 14: working 2-11 PM

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, flax meal, soy milk.
Lunch: perano [?] beans with sauteed orange pepper, garlic, onion, mushrooms, olives, olive oil, seasonings. Grapefruit juice.
Snacks and Dinner at Work: frosted jelly donut, a piece of chocolate, beet "Valentine" soup, mixed soy milk and chai, one piece meat-lovers pizza, one piece vegetarian pizza, two pieces Hawaiian pizza, another chocolate. Water.

I'm home and I might drink some grapefruit juice.
