Thursday

Wow. A long time since I participated. Got overwhelmed.

Breakfast: oatmeal + raisins + flax meal + silk

Lunch: lick the kettle red beans, 1/2 baked potato, green beans, Silk

Snacks: two candies, carrot cake

Dinner: applesauce, muffin

Snack: small handful natural Cheetohs
