12 Hr Shift

Breakfast:

bowl oatmeal + raisins + flax meal + Silk

Lunch:

applesauce + cinnamon sugar

cream of spinach soup

Silk + Chai 1:1

Dinner:

mixture of potluck Chinese foods including noodles, vegetables, chicken. s.s. sauce, pineapple, kim chee

1/2 plastic package shortbread GS cookies
