Breakfast: english muffin + EB, juice?
Lunch: Subway veggie toasted sandwich, sans cheese; cheese potato chips; Sprite
Dinner A: Ramen with corn, chicken flavoring, sesame oil and seasoned rice vinegar
Dinner B: Shari's: potato soup with sour cream, cheese, bacon pieces; Alfredo pasta with mushrooms, minus chicken; Sprite
I realized I have a memory, a strong one, of liking these cheesy, creamy things with refined flour. They don't have much taste any more compared to vegetables and whole grains.
