Two busy to post this personal food diary for several days. Thursday we were served Italian food at work, heavy in refined flour, animal fats, and delicious. Especially the penne in alfredo sauce and the meatballs.
Friday we had a work potluck with mine the only truly vegetarian entree.
I've noticed peculiar bodily sensations from excess sugars, salt, fats and meat. Hard to describe, kind of jazzed, icky, sometimes headachy. The caffiene the last two days also didn't help.
Seems as if this level of self indulgence gets short term pleasure but long term ick.
