Tues 12 Hr

Breakfast:

Oatmeal

Snack:

cauliflower + dip; strawberries; ground meat + rice + peppers; lemon dessert; crackers; olives;

Snack 2: more of the same plus: salami + crackers, another sweet dessert

Lunch:

pea soup; juice

Snack at Mtg:

strawberries, cookie

Dinner:

PB & J sandwich; apple
