Thursday Off

Breakfast:

2 pieces toast with 1/2 veggie burger

Snacks:

two baked potatoes with Wesson oil and salt

a banana

an apple

Lunch/Dinner:

Subway roast beef & cheddar with mayo and spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, onions;

cheese/broccoli soup, sprite with cherry coke

Snack:

ice cream in cranapple juice

more juice
